    Go to Transport and add vehicles (registration, capacity, driver) and routes with their stops and pickup times.

    Assign each student who uses transport to a route.

    The driver shares phone GPS through a one-shot link; parents watch the bus's live position on the tracking page.

    No hardware needed — the driver's phone is the tracker.
