Create a login so a parent, teacher, or student can see their own portal.
The parent, teacher, or student must already have a record (Parent, Staff, or Student) with an email on it.
Open the profile → Create login → copy the temporary password and share it privately. They sign in at the same school URL.
Internal .local logins can't receive email, so hand those credentials over directly.
Students see attendance, assignments, results, and fees; parents see per-child attendance, marks, fees, notices, and AI chat; teachers see their classes with quick links to roll-call and marks.
