Give portal access

Create a login so a parent, teacher, or student can see their own portal.

    Make sure the person record exists

    The parent, teacher, or student must already have a record (Parent, Staff, or Student) with an email on it.

    Create their login

    Open the profile → Create login. A real email gets a link to choose a password; otherwise copy the temporary password and share it privately — it must be changed at first sign-in and stops working after 14 days.

    Internal .local logins can't receive email, so hand those credentials over directly.

    What each portal shows

    Students see attendance, assignments, results, and fees; parents see per-child attendance, marks, fees, notices, and AI chat; teachers see their classes with quick links to roll-call and marks.
