Track inventory

Manage uniforms, stationery, and kit — stock, issues, and reorder alerts.

    Go to Inventory and add non-book items — uniforms, stationery, sports kit — with quantities.

    Issue and reorder

    Record purchases and issues to students; set a reorder threshold per item so low stock is flagged.

    Books live in the Library module; Inventory is for everything else.
